1. Purpose of this website
Step by Step Salah provides free educational resources about Salah, Qur’an, duʿā, dhikr and related Islamic learning. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the operation of the site.
2. Religious information
The site aims to present Islamic learning carefully and to show sources where practical, but it is not a fatwa service and does not replace advice from a suitably qualified scholar who can consider your personal circumstances. Recognised differences of scholarly opinion may exist, including differences between schools of fiqh.
If you find a religious-content error or a source that needs checking, please use the contact page. The Source Standard explains how Qur’an, hadith, fiqh differences and learning aids are handled.
3. Accuracy and corrections
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site useful and accurate, but mistakes can occur and material may be corrected, clarified, replaced or removed. You should verify important religious, legal, financial, health or other decisions with an appropriately qualified person or primary source.
4. Copyright and permitted use
Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s original layout, design and original written material are provided for personal, non-commercial learning. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution. You may not reproduce the whole site, systematically copy its contents, remove attributions, or republish third-party material as though you own it.
Some Qur’an translations, audio recordings, images, videos, embeds and other third-party materials may have separate copyright or licence terms. Their inclusion on this site does not grant visitors a new licence to redistribute them.
5. External websites and services
The site may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Qur’an and hadith reference sites, YouTube and prayer-time services. Those services are responsible for their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Step by Step Salah controls or guarantees the external service.
Some resource pages contain links to third-party retailers or subscription services. Step by Step Salah does not process those purchases or control the seller’s prices, delivery, returns or terms. Referral relationships are disclosed near the relevant link where applicable.
6. Availability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, pages and links may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We do not promise that every page, external service or download will always remain available.
7. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for how you use information from the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Step by Step Salah is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or an external service linked from it.
